Abstract¶

This session provides a brief overview of three smaller platforms used by AANP: Juro (AI-powered contract management replacing QuickBase), Election Buddy (voting platform for Fellows elections), and PropFuel (member engagement tool). Jeff covers the IT team's limited involvement with these platforms, their integration points with RealMagnet and Salesforce, and key considerations for future development. PropFuel has the most significant integration requirements, particularly around the transition from RealMagnet to Salesforce using Nimble AMS connectors.

Juro - Contract Management¶

• Replaced QuickBase for managing all AANP contracts
• Heavy on AI - extracts metadata from uploaded PDFs automatically
• Extracts: start/end dates, contracted amounts, termination clauses
• Two workspaces: General (production) and Playground (testing)
• IT assisted with QuickBase data export; Juro did the import
• Erin is primary user; contacts Juro team directly for support
• Minimal ongoing IT involvement

Election Buddy - Voting Platform¶

• Used by Fellows team for annual elections
• Previously used CraftCMS forms
• Pay-per-election model (not subscription) - very cost effective
• Jennifer Murray manages day-to-day operations
• Considered for national elections but not complex enough
• Good for Fellows elections, committee elections, similar simple votes
• No IT involvement after initial setup

PropFuel - Member Engagement¶

• Most significant integration for IT team
• Connected to RealMagnet via username/password authentication
• IT Support account credentials used for RealMagnet connection - do not change
• Has connectors for Higher Logic, Salesforce, Nimble AMS
• Nimble AMS sandbox configured for testing (uses Person records like Salesforce)
• Field mapping required between PropFuel and data sources
